By creating an account, signing in via Google OAuth, or using any software services provided by Fabriq3D (“Fabriq3D”, “we”, “our”, or “the Service”), you (“User”, “Customer”, or “Workshop Owner”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business, print farm, or organization, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.
Fabriq3D is a multi-tenant cloud software-as-a-service (SaaS) designed for additive manufacturing studios, makers, and 3D print farms. Features include cost and purge calculators, inventory tracking of spools and hardware, finished goods ledgers, cloud storage of product photos and 3D geometry files (.STL, .3MF, .GCODE), interactive WebGL 3D inspection, role-based team management, and public storefront catalog pages with WhatsApp ordering integrations.
Access to Fabriq3D is authenticated exclusively through Google OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials and for all activities conducted under your workshop workspace. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
You retain all right, title, and interest (including all copyright, trademark, and patent rights) in and to all design files, 3D meshes (.STL, .3MF, .GCODE), photos, pricing recipes, and descriptions uploaded to Fabriq3D.
Fabriq3D does not claim any ownership over your proprietary assets. By uploading content, you grant Fabriq3D only the narrow, non-exclusive license strictly necessary to host, parse, cache, and transmit the content to you, your invited team members, and (if published to your public storefront) prospective customers who access your public catalog link.
You warrant that you hold all necessary licenses and rights for any third-party 3D models or commercial files uploaded to your account and that your use does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
Fabriq3D provides mathematical estimations of filament consumption, electricity usage, machine depreciation, and purge tower waste based on user-supplied parameters, slicer profile readings, and configured tariffs. Physical 3D printing results may vary due to environmental conditions, hardware wear, filament batch variances, or machine failures. Cost estimates are advisory tools; you are solely responsible for setting final retail or wholesale prices and validating your workshop profitability.
Fabriq3D enables workshops to publish public product catalogs (/tienda/[tenantSlug]) and facilitates order compilation dispatched via WhatsApp deep links. Fabriq3D does not process consumer retail payments, take custody of customer funds, charge transaction commissions on retail sales, or assume liability for delivery, quality, or fulfillment disputes between workshop owners and end buyers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fabriq3D and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or machine downtime arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
